It was a lovely sunny day at New Higham Scarecrow Festival. We were selling cheese, bakes and ice cream. The first hour went really well, but then it was very quiet for two hours so I got worried. But then the last hour and a half was really good too so we had a good day. Thanks everyone who came along, and the organisers! Here's some scarecrows.

Romiley Village Market - August
It was a bit quieter at Romiley this month, lots of people must be away on there holidays as its August. We still had a good day. There was a brass band playing which was nice. We'll be back next month, with cheese, bakes and macaroni cheese.

Guide Dogs Fundraiser Day at Heaton Cricket Club
It was very hot and sticky today at Heaton Cricket Club. I was selling cheese, bakes and ice cream. It went ok, but I thought I would have sold more ice cream due to the intense heat. I am tired now. Thanks everyone who came along, it was a very different crowd than the Allotments and I didn't know as many people.

Droylsden Artisan Market - June
It was way too windy at Droyslden today, we had to take our gazebo down in the end as I was worried it might get damages and it was annoying to have it bouncing up and down. It was a quiet month for some reason, last month was much better. We'll be back next month. We were selling Lancashire cheese and cheese and potato bakes.
